When you have your first appointment we will provide you with a list of documents that we need to complete your bankruptcy. For the first appointment you do not need any documents. Typically documents we need to complete your bankruptcy are as follows:
1. Pay stubs for 6 months.
2. Bank Statements for 4 months.
3. Income tax returns or tax transcript for 2 years.
4. Copies of title to vehicles (cars, boats etc…)
5. Copy of any retirement statements.
6. Copy of title, mortgage, and tax statement to your home (if you own).
7. List of bills (we do not need to see the actual bills, just a list)
